A famous West Coast Brewery was looking to lower the cost of their monthly communications charges. The incumbent Local Exchange Carrier was unable to help them, so the Brewery asked CCC to audit their communications bills. CCC discovered that their phone service was on a plan with long-distance charges accruing for virtually every call that they made. CCC further revealed that the Brewery was paying several times the going rate for their digital voice line services.
The account manager assigned to conduct the audit reviewed the recently renewed digital voice lines contract and found a loophole that allowed the Brewery to break the contract. The account manager negotiated a package deal with a National Service provider. That deal bundled internet, digital voice lines, and unlimited long-distance service.
Upon activation of the new services, the Brewery immediately eliminated their long-distance per minute charges, got access to a backup internet source. Further, the solution that Communications Consultants negotiated, and project managed, resulted in more than a 45% reduction in their monthly recurring communications charges.
